Our concept of project management centers around a project manager who acts as the owner’s agent and as manager of the entire development, construction and/or marketing process. At CD & CSL, the project construction manager is similar to the "master builder" of past times, whose responsibilities spanned both the design and construction phases of the building process.

Our approach is simple. We identify the owner’s goals, determine the best plan for action and keep in close communication with the Owners. From pre-construction and planning to closeout, every stage of the process is integrated, combining teamwork, communication, and experience to realize the owner’s vision.
